As Administrator (Assisted Living), you'll play an essential role in enriching the lives of seniors, creating meaningful connections, and making a difference every single day.

Your Role:

As the Administrator (Assisted Living), your role includes directing daily operations of the Assisted Living community, ensuring regulatory compliance, strong financial performance, and a safe, resident-centered environment.

Position Highlights:

  • Status: FULL TIME
  • Schedule: MON-FRI INCLUDING WEEKENDS IF APPLICABLE
  • Location: 9000 IBIS WAY, VENICE, FL 34292
  • Rate of Pay: 75K-85K

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and oversee Assisted Living operations in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Manage supervisors who oversee team members within the community and provide direction.
  • Coordinate resident healthcare needs in collaboration with the Director of Health & Wellness 
  • Develop and maintain an organizational structure that defines roles and responsibilities for staff and department heads
  • Represent the community to residents, families, regulatory agencies, and the public
  • Partner with leaders across departments to ensure seamless care transitions and efficient operations
  • Manage financial performance through accurate budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Provide required reports and maintain financial records as directed by the Executive Director
  • Foster teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service across all departments
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred; and/or one to three years related experience and/or education; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must meet state requirements for Certified Administrator, or have the ability to successfully pass core training and acquire administrator certification.
  • Previous experience in supervising a retirement community or long-term care facility.
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems and electronic records
