As a BMW Car Sales Representative, you’ll help customers find the perfect BMW while delivering an exceptional luxury buying experience—both in person and online. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of Sales Consultants, Managers, and Finance professionals in a dealership that’s energized, evolving, and focused on success.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Previous automotive or luxury sales experience preferred, but not required

In this role, you will:
  • Conduct business in a professional, ethical, and customer-focused manner
  • Follow the DARCARS approach to selling BMW vehicles
  • Greet customers with a welcoming attitude and listen carefully to their needs
  • Present BMW vehicles and explain features, technology, performance, options, and specifications that match each customer's needs
  • Provide an exceptional luxury customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Conduct professional BMW vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Follow DARCARS test-drive procedures, including obtaining proper identification and following designated routes
  • Demonstrate BMW technology, safety features, performance capabilities, connectivity, and vehicle controls
  • Suggest optional equipment, accessories, protection products, warranties, and other products appropriate to the customer's needs
  • Correctly compute and quote vehicle pricing
  • Work closely with the Finance team to assist customers with financing and leasing options as needed
  • Complete all required sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Arrange vehicle delivery, registration, and customer orientation
  • Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the BMW lineup, including features, specifications, pricing, packages, options, and standard equipment
  • Stay current on new BMW models, technologies, product updates, and manufacturer programs
  • Develop and maintain a strong prospect and customer follow-up system
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business
  • Participate in all required BMW and DARCARS training programs
  • Utilize online and digital retailing tools to assist customers throughout the purchasing process
  • Use video and virtual communication tools to assist customers with the vehicle-buying process when appropriate
  • Follow up with internet, phone, showroom, and digital leads in a timely and professional manner
  • In conjunction with the General Manager, develop personal income goals consistent with DARCARS standards and create a strategy to consistently achieve those goals
  • Comply with all DARCARS policies, procedures, and BMW standards
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the BMW brand appropriately
  • Other duties as assigned
