Compensation: Base Salary: $48K; On-Target Earnings: $90,000 - $120,000+ annually

  • You have automotive sales experience (3-5+ years desired; leadership experience preferred) and a history of long-term employment
  • Proven ability to drive results and influence others
  • High energy, execution of tasks and organizational skills

What You'll Do
As a Sales Manager, you will be a leader on the floor, coaching performance, driving results, and elevating the customer experience:
  • Lead daily sales operations and support your team in closing deals (TOs / "fly-bys")
  • Coach and develop Customer Specialists to hit sales, gross, and F&I performance goals
  • Drive a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and results
  • Partner with Finance to improve product penetration and profitability
  • Oversee lead management, follow-up processes, and appointment conversion
  • Monitor KPIs including CSI, PVR, close rates, and showroom performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and customer experience standards, find solutions for problems and implement

Additional Requirement:
  • Candidates must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
