Job Summary
We are looking for an Automotive Technician - R&I to join our team.
Requirements / Qualifications Auto Body R&I Technician

  • Prior experience in auto body repair, disassembly, and reassembly (R&I) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle components, including mechanical, electrical, and structural systems
  • Ability to safely remove and reinstall parts such as bumpers, panels, lights, trim, and interior components
  • Experience working with a wide range of vehicle makes and models (foreign and domestic)
  • Basic understanding of OEM repair procedures and safety standards
  • Ability to identify damaged or missing parts and communicate with estimators and technicians
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
  • Ability to read and follow repair orders and instructions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, reaching)
  • I-CAR certification (preferred but not required)
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude
Qualifications
  • Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred
  • Strong customer service and communications skills are required
