CNA Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, and toileting
  • Take and record vital signs, height, and weight as needed
  • Assist with feeding, linen changes, and resident transport
  • Support residents with active and passive mobility per the Plan of Care
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor
