Role Overview and Responsibilities
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. Introduction
The Electronic Assemblies Operator is responsible for performing repetitive intermediate-level assembly work on low-volume, high-mix assembly lines to mass produce transformers, inductors and power supply products.

  • Possesses an advanced understanding of the principles of Lean Manufacturing.
  • Possesses an advanced understanding of the principles of visual workplace management.
  • Assists in solving quality and production issues on the line.
  • Displays an ability to train other team members in various production activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
Core Competencies
  • Able to independently read and understand production drawings and work instructions.
  • Able to work with chemicals.
  • Good manual dexterity/ability.
  • Working in a repetitive job.
  • Working knowledge of quality practices.
  • Meets vision requirements specified by quality management system.
  • The position is in the production floor and could involve sitting for a long period of time, but not limited to standing walking and lifting throughout the day.
  • Lifting amount up to 25 pounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications and Experience
  • GED or High School Diploma preferred but not required.
  • Two years experience in electronics assembly preferred.
  • Soldering experience of one year preferred.
  • Inspection and training experience preferred.
