Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment at customer sites
  • Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues using schematics, diagrams, and testing equipment.
  • Follows standard operating procedures and safety guidelines and established procedures to complete assigned work.
  • Maintains accurate records of service activities, parts used, and customer interactions.
  • Communicates with customers to provide updates and technical support during service visits.
  • Maintains tools, equipment, and assigned company assests.
  • Participates in training to stay current with new technologies and products.
  • Adheres to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism with internal and external Customers.
  • Assists with inventory management and preparation of service materials.
  • Assists in commissioning and testing of new equipment installations.
  • Collaborates with other technicians and engineers to resolve service issues.
  • Supports continuous improvement efforts in field service operations.
