Position Title โ€“ Hydro-Mechanical Assembly Specialist

We are seeking a mechanically skilled and detail-oriented Hydro-Mechanical Equipment Builder to join a high-performance production team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who can complete complex, multi-step assemblies with precision, consistency, and a focus on quality. Each build requires advanced mechanical competency and attention to detail, with assembly cycles ranging from 45โ€“90 minutes per unit.

Schedule:Monday โ€“ Friday, 6:00am โ€“ 2:30pm

Position Summary

The Hydro-Mechanical Equipment Builder is responsible for completing end-to-end mechanical subassemblies that require torque discipline, hydraulic fitting knowledge, and the ability to follow structured work instructions. This is not an entry-level assembly roleโ€” candidates must be comfortable handling technical, multi-step builds in a production environment where quality and accuracy are critical.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities
  • Perform staged mechanical assembly of components such as axles, wheels, radiators, and hydraulic systems

  • Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and assembly documentation

  • Ensure correct torque specifications and proper component installation

  • Support production flow from receiving โ†’ assembly โ†’ run-in testing โ†’ QA check โ†’ pack

  • Identify and report defects, mechanical issues, or inconsistencies

  • Maintain safe work practices and organized workstations

  • Meet production timelines while maintaining high quality standards

  • Lift components up to 50 lbs as needed
