Now hiring an Assembly Operator in Scottsdale, AZ! This full-time position offers a pay rate of $19.50/hour, with shifts Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm. About the Role
As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling dispensers, performing quality checks, refurbishing returned units, and supporting warehouse functions like shipping and inventory management. This role requires physical stamina, mechanical aptitude with hand tools, and the ability to work outdoors in high heat conditions. Your precise work will ensure the production of high-quality dispensers that meet customer specifications, contributing to the company's mission of environmentally conscious food production.

Available Shifts
  • Monday-Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble dispensers following standard operating procedures
  • Clean and refurbish returned dispensers and ensure quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of parts used and inventory counts
  • Load and unload shipments, verify shipment accuracy
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Support shipping, receiving, and physical inventory tasks
  • Perform quality assurance checks in line with customer specifications

Key Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
  • Experience with small hand tools, such as drills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation (not bus accessible)
