Description

LDI Mechanical is a leading HVAC and Architectural Sheet metal Multi-Family Contractor. We are looking for full-time, self-motivated and safety-minded individuals to join our team. 


Responsibilities & Requirements include, but are not limited to the following:


Installing Sheet metal for new under-construction building decks, facades and roofs

Building Expansion Joints

Ensure installations meet code, manufacturer specifications, and company standards

Work safely with sharp objects and power tools

Ability to adapt and apply those skills quickly & efficiently

Ability to work with others in a TEAM environment

Able to work independently and full time

Able to work on heights including Scaffolding

Requirements

1+ years of Sheet Metal installation experience (multi-family preferred) a plus

Ability to lift to 50 pounds and work in varying job-site conditions

Strong attention to safety and quality

Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications

Must have reliable transportation to go to various jobsites in different counties in and out of the Bay Area

Must be authorized to work in the United States 

Must be able to pass regular drug screen testing and a background check
