Your Role as an Apprentice
  • Assist on installs: rough-ins, trims, and system start-ups.
  • Manage tools and prep job sites for smooth projects.
  • Learn essentials: drilling, wiring, venting fireplaces, installing garage heaters.
  • Keep sites clean, safe, and ready for inspection.
  • Support duct + dryer vent cleaning.
  • Work side-by-side with mentors who want to see you succeed.

What It Takes
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6+ months in HVAC, construction, or service field.
  • Basic hand tool knowledge.
  • Valid MT driver's license, clean record.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs and handle physical work.

Preferred:
  • Mechanical-based degree or technical program.
  • OSHA 10/30 or EPA certification.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan.
