Admissions Nurse/Weekend Supervisor (RN)

Fair Oaks Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated RN Admissions/Weekend Supervisor to coordinate new resident admissions, oversee weekend nursing operations, and support our amazing care team. You'll ensure smooth resident transitions, provide hands-on leadership, and promote top-quality, compassionate care. What You'll Do:
- Welcome new residents and families with professionalism and compassion.
- Complete admission assessments, documentation, and care planning.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure smooth transactions.
- Provide resident and family education about care, routines, and expectations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy in admission documentation.
- Support the nursing team as needed during the shift.
What We're Looking For:
- Current RN license in Illinois (required)
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required - strong mentorship provided.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and assessment skills.
- A caring professional who can balance clinical accuracy with compassion.

What you can expect from us upon receipt of your application:
- Human Resource Manager will contact you within 1-2 business days of your application submission
- Complete 1-2 interview(s) with Department Head and Human Resources
- Upon receiving the job offer, complete new-hire tasks and onboarding paperwork (via the Paycor app)
- Human Resource will set date/time to complete paperwork, provide tour of building while introducing you to our staff, provide name badge and time clock access
- Department head and/or Scheduler will meet with you to provide you with schedule
- Paid departmental (job specific) training - five day minimum
- Paid building orientation
- Receive continuous training as you provide exceptional care to our residents
