Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques that promote personal development, psychological healing, and resilience.
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions, enhancing access to mental health care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational protocols, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client information.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions and workshops to expand clinical competencies and stay informed about current mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and active Massachusetts state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Experience using teletherapy platforms can enhance service delivery for clients seeking virtual assistance.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies is highly desirable.

• A competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
