Position Overview

Alpha Echo Psychotherapy LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic telehealth team. In this full-time role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to provide transformative services to clients from the comfort of their homes. The potential salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $140,000 annually, dependent on caseload and experience.

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from your own private setting. We utilize telehealth technology to connect with clients, making therapy accessible regardless of location. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health status and needs of clients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic practices tailored to individual client goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing various approaches based on client preferences and treatment objectives.
• Engage clients in teletherapy sessions, utilizing tools and software designed for effective virtual engagement.
• Offer emergency and crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate care.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to stay current with the latest practices and ethical guidelines in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse adult client population experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clients are actively engaged in seeking change, making it an ideal environment for you to utilize your therapeutic skills to foster positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing your time effectively in a remote work environment.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Experience working with a culturally diverse client population and addressing various mental health issues.
