Overview
Airport Butler is a premier meet and greet service provider to clients in approximately twenty-five airports in the United States and Canada. Our clients primarily consist of executives, celebrities, production companies, inexperienced travelers, families, and senior citizens
Airport Butler is seeking service oriented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Concierge Coordinator. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating Limo service for our clients. This position will fill approximately 25-30 hours weekly with schedule flexing to accommodate hours as needed, particularly on the weekends.
Responsibilities
  • Primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless end-to-end airport experience, ensuring total customer satisfaction
  • Check-in drivers, ensure they are on time and at the correct location to meet the client
  • Ensure drivers are in complete uniform and are professional in appearance
  • Greet the client in a friendly, professional manner and escort them to their driver/limo
  • Exhibit utmost confidentiality with clients and client information
  • Knowledge of the airport layout to assist clients
  • Works closely with and report to the Director of Airport Butler
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess current authorization to work in the US, and a valid driver's license
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Two (2) years experience in delivering luxury/VIP type services to high-end customers and/or airport/airline hospitality service experience
  • Must wear company uniform as outlined and conform to all grooming standards
  • Must be flexible in the work schedule to match the demand for services to include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • High proficiency in computer and smartphone skills, including smartphone applications
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and procedural manuals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate approach to customer service, positive attitude, strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems proactively and creatively
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other employees to overcome abnormal situations
  • High level of cultural awareness
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills to handle all clients' needs, concerns, and accommodations
  • Ability to work in a hectic, stressful environment while delivering a very calm, positive, efficient, and comforting service
  • Adapt to an ever-changing environment and be resilient
  • Multi-lingual is a plus
