CART ASSOCIATE Seattle-Tacoma International Airport - Part-Time

Approximately 24 hours a week. Must be available Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.

BASIC JOB FUNCTION:

As a Cart Associate you will collect loose luggage carts and return them to rental units, clean luggage carts, rental units, and cart moving equipment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Baggage cart collection and replacement
  • Customer service to airport passengers
  • Light cart and rental unit cleaning
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 6 months successful work experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

  • Must be able to obtain Port of Seattle SIDA and AOA customs seal badge.
  • Must provide appropriate identification documents to obtain required badging at airport, one or more of these documents must be Real ID compliant.
  • Fingerprint/ background is required
  • Valid Drivers license preferred, but not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Walk and stand for duration of shift
  • Bend, squat and stoop regularly
