We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Machine Operators. In this role, you will receive training to meticulously machine metallic and non-metallic components. This is a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills and contribute to the production of top-tier aerospace components within a dynamic and innovative environment.

What You'll Do Skillfully operate CNC machines, milling machines, boring machines, and grinders to produce high-precision parts from raw materials. Tend machines that press, shape, or manufacture parts, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision. Use band saws or standing saws to cut materials to specification.

Position and align parts in jigs, fixtures, or holding devices, securing them with screws, bolts, tape, or other fastening methods. Utilize computer skills to program and control machinery and prepare materials for production. Perform tasks such as deburring, sanding, sandblasting, cleaning, and installing inserts/helicoils with meticulous attention to detail.

Follow work orders, interpret drawings, and examine products for compliance with specified dimensions and surface quality. Use tools such as calipers, radius gauges, angle gauges, pin gauges, depth gauges, and micrometers to measure products accurately. Perform first and final piece inspections on automated CMMs and conduct in-process inspections during production runs.

Follow all safety guidelines, use required safety equipment, and maintain a safe and clean work environment. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Great attention to detail, willingness to learn, follow instructions, and be part of a team Use basic computer systems and software to track production, document work completed, and follow up on tasks as needed Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Previous manufacturing experience operating CNC machines, milling machines is helpful but not required.
