• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather valuable insights into clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Offer individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused approaches.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and actionable interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services, carrying out risk assessments and creating safety plans for clients in emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation following ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to promote peer support and community healing.

This position primarily focuses on individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Our diverse clientele ranges from adolescents to adults, each with unique challenges and life stories. A strong commitment to understanding and addressing trauma within this population is essential, as many clients have experienced significant emotional and psychological distress.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of supervised experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably related to substance use treatment.
• A thorough understanding of and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, along with strong communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills.

• Experience working in a detox or addiction treatment setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and documentation software is a plus.
• Knowledge of state and federal mental health regulations and best practices.
