About the Role

  • Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
  • Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.
  • Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability.
  • Be an integral part of a team-oriented environment.
  • Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.

Salary range for this educational level is commensurate with credentials held and experience.
Non-Licensed Therapist salary range: $51,993 - $57,534
Licensed Therapist salary range: $57,234 - $61,757
