Job description

) We're looking for a caring and energetic Activities Assistant to join our team! In this role, you'll help plan and lead fun, engaging activities for our residents-like games, crafts, music, exercise, and outings. You'll play an important part in bringing joy, socialization, and enrichment to the lives of seniors.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist with daily and special activities.
  • Encourage and support resident participation.
  • Lead group and one-on-one programs.
  • Help transport residents to and from activities.
  • Keep activity areas safe and organized.

What We're Looking For:
  • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant and on the Alabama registry
  • Friendly, patient, and creative personality.
  • Experience with seniors or in activities a plus (not required).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
