Job Title: SOC Video Surveillance & Access Control Systems
Location: Wilmington DE
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Summary:
The SOC Analyst will monitor and respond to security events impacting operations, employees, contractors, and passengers. The role involves working with Video Surveillance Systems (VSS), Access Control Systems (ACS), and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) to identify, analyze, escalate, and document incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor VSS, ACS, and IDS systems
Investigate and triage alarms/incidents
Coordinate notifications with law enforcement and leadership
Maintain detailed incident documentation and evidence handling
Support audits, compliance, and operational risk reporting

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of SOC, security operations, or dispatch experience
Experience with VSS, ACS, IDS, and incident management tools
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work rotating 24/7 shifts

Preferred:
Experience with Genetec ACS, Lenel VSS, and intrusion detection systems
Emergency dispatching background (Police/Fire/EMS)
Familiarity with ASIS/APTA/ANSI/ISC standards.
