What You'll Do

Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of your patient's home
Administer and manage medications
Monitor and document patient conditions
Perform treatments as ordered by the physician
Educate and support family members
Collaborate closely with the Phoenix clinical team for ongoing guidance and support

What You'll Need

Active Illinois RN or LPN license
We'll help you obtain your Missouri nursing license by covering the cost and guiding you through the process
Strong assessment and communication skills
A compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated heart for serving others
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
