Go Lift Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Severance, Colorado. Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center is designed to provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for both staff and patients. You will work alongside a team of experienced health professionals who share a passion for rehabilitation. The facility features advanced therapy equipment and a team-oriented approach to treatment, allowing for optimal patient outcomes. As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will enjoy a predictable schedule, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.
  • Administer one-on-one therapies, ensuring effective engagement and adherence to rehabilitation protocols.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery.
  • Document patient interactions and progress notes accurately in the electronic medical records system (EMR), specifically WebPT, to streamline reporting and communication.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Go Lift Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your clinical expertise will empower patients of all ages to regain their functionality and engage fully in their rehabilitation journeys. You will advocate for patient involvement, fostering a collaborative relationship that enhances motivation and encourages active participation in the rehabilitation process.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; a Master’s degree (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) is preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records, knowledge of WebPT is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with specialty areas such as sports rehabilitation, orthopedic management, or geriatrics is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload while maintaining a patient-focused approach.
  • Evidence of continued education and specialization within the field of physical therapy.
Compensation and Benefits
