Position Overview

Hebrew Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our rehabilitation facility in Severance, Colorado. This full-time position allows you to create personalized treatment plans in an engaging outpatient setting, where you will have the time and resources to ensure optimal patient care without the pressure of rushed appointments.

About the Organization

At Hebrew Physical Therapy, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional rehabilitation services tailored to the unique needs of our patients. Our facility emphasizes a supportive atmosphere that fosters professional growth and collaboration among our team members. We are driven by a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our community and are eager to add a passionate Physical Therapist to our healthcare family.

Work Environment

The work environment at our Severance location is designed to be collaborative and patient-centered. You will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals in a modern rehabilitation facility equipped with state-of-the-art tools and technology. Our emphasis is on creating a nurturing and productive space for both our staff and patients, ensuring that therapists have the support needed to focus on delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions and develop comprehensive rehabilitation programs centered around individual health goals.
  • Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote the best outcomes for each individual.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs), ensuring compliance with state regulations and maintaining high clinical standards.
  • Document all patient interactions and treatment plans meticulously within our electronic medical records system, with a preference for WebPT.
  • Engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in physical therapy and orthopedic treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. Our diverse patient population includes adolescent athletes, active adults, and elderly individuals seeking to regain mobility and functionality. Your expertise will play a crucial role in empowering these individuals to regain their independence and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado or currently in the process of obtaining it.
  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or a comparable academic background that meets state licensing requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead patient sessions independently while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred, though newly graduated candidates with a strong clinical internship focus are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, especially WebPT, is highly desirable.
  • Experience in developing customized rehab plans and a track record of working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits

Hebrew Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a matched retirement plan, and funding for continuing education opportunities to support your professional growth.

Career Growth Opportunities

We believe in investing in our employees' future. As an integral member of our team, you will have access to continuous professional development programs, mentorship by experienced clinicians, and opportunities for advancement within the organization. We actively encourage our staff to pursue specialized certifications and leadership roles.

Our commitment to quality patient care and team collaboration is the foundation of our success.
