From eliminating fraud risk with real-time intelligence to guaranteeing payment delivery, we empower businesses to streamline financial operations while building trust with their customers.
Why Join Choice Digital
Choice Digital is growing fast, profitable, and scaling into new industries where modern disbursements are no longer optional - they're essential.
Here's why people love building their careers here:
  • Proven growth: You'll join a profitable company serving 300+ clients and rapidly expanding into new markets.

  • Culture of confidence: Enjoy a collaborative, casual environment where we balance autonomy with accountability.
  • Future-focused: Help shape a rapidly evolving category - we're not just part of the change, we're leading it.

Our Core Values
Our Core Values guide how we work and who we strive to be.
  • Relentless Ownership. We take responsibility end to end. If it is ours, we own it until the outcome is achieved.
  • Find the Right Way Forward. When the work matters, we focus on solutions. We don't get stuck on obstacles or default to "no." If something aligns with our vision and improves outcomes for clients or recipients, we ask how to make it happen.
  • Lead with Integrity. We act in ways that make us worthy of trust from clients, consumers, and each other. We do not trade trust for speed, convenience, or short-term economics.

Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically driven Data Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role sits at the intersection of data and finance - you will work with large, complex datasets generated by our disbursement platform and provide actionable insights to support volume forecasting, cash forecasting, and financial planning. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills in data tooling - especially Google Looker Studio or Looker Report Builder - paired with a foundational understanding of financial concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Google Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio)
  • Analyze large volumes of payment and transactional data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain recurring reporting packages for the Controller and Executive leadership
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting layers

Forecasting Support
  • Assist the Accounting team in developing volume forecasting models for transaction activity
  • Support cash forecasting processes by providing data-driven insights on payment flows and settlement timing
  • Collaborate with Finance to validate forecast assumptions against historical transaction trends
  • Monitor actuals vs. forecast and surface variances with supporting analysis

Accounting Collaboration
  • Partner with the Controller and Accounting team on month-end close processes requiring data support
  • Provide ad hoc data pulls and analysis to support financial reporting and decision-making
  • Help translate financial requirements into data queries and structured outputs

Data Infrastructure & Governance
  • Parse internal data sources to structure, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis
  • Document data definitions, report logic, and methodology for auditability and continuity
  • Identify opportunities to improve data pipelines and reporting efficiency

Qualifications and Experience
Required:
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large datasets
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, accessible insights for non-technical stakeholders

Preferred:
  • Experience working with payment, transactional, or financial data
  • Solid understanding of basic financial concepts: cash flow, forecasting, variance analysis
  • Experience working in or alongside an Accounting or Finance department
  • Familiarity with BigQuery, Google Looker Studio (Data Studio) and/or Looker Report Builder, Google Cloud, or similar cloud data environments
  • Exposure to ERP or financial systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis or automation
  • Experience in Fintech, payments, or financial services

What we Offer
  • Competitive annual compensation range of $70,000 to $90,000
  • Annual bonus linked to company success and your personal performance
  • Equity offerings through stock options
  • 401(k) retirement savings match (up to 4%)
  • Flexible PTO policy
  • Company paid holidays
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance

In compliance with Colorado state law, pay for this position is anticipated to be between $70,000 and $90,000. Actual offers will be based on the applicant's skills, experience, and education.
While the anticipated deadline is anticipated to be August 29th, 2026, you are encouraged to submit your application as we may still consider qualified candidates beyond this date.
Candidate profiles and resources from recruiting agencies and vendors are not being considered for this role. Please do not solicit Choice Digital with requests for business.
