Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Position Summary:Seeking 2 Production Operators to join their 2nd shift operations at the Phoenix, AZ facility. This role is responsible for operating equipment to blend, mix, package, and transport both liquid and dry chemicals that form part of customer-specified products. The ideal candidate will have prior machine operating experience, particularly in mixing or blending chemical substances, and be committed to maintaining product quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Set up, start, and run production equipment according to operating and safety procedures.
Weigh and load materials into equipment following recipe specifications.
Operate mixers, blenders, extruders, or similar machinery to process liquid and dry chemicals.
Monitor machinery during operations and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous production.
Inspect materials to confirm they meet quality standards and specifications.
Collect samples for lab testing as needed and make batch adjustments based on feedback.
Complete cleaning and maintenance of machinery as required.
Record production data, system transactions, and maintain accurate logs.
Collaborate with Production Leads and Supervisors for issue resolution and process improvements.
Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and housekeeping standards.
Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of experience in:
Industrial Manufacturing
Colorant, Blending, Mixing, and Extrusion processes
Plastics or Chemical Industry preferred
Experience blending/mixing liquid or dry chemicals is required.
Ability to lift/move up to 55 lbs regularly, and up to 250 lbs occasionally.
Comfortable working in environments involving:
Exposure to dust, fumes, noise, and chemicals
Standing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive movement for extended periods
Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain compliance with ISO standards.
