Job description

KEY RESPONIBILITIES:

1. Perform various production and service activities related to the set up and operation of the coating line following written procedures and instructions.

2. Perform and document all the necessary testing of raw materials.

3. Communicate production problems to the Extrusion Coating Operator.

4. Communicate quality related decisions for the next operation utilizing defective material identification and flagging systems.

5. Make time and quantity entries into the computer system.

6. Responsible for moving raw materials and finished products as needed.

7. Provide necessary communication at shift change.

8. Perform all necessary preventative maintenance and housekeeping as required.

9. Perform other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
