3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Monday - Friday)

Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.50 (based on experience)

Position Summary

The Extrusion Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products according to specifications. This role ensures efficient machine performance, adherence to safety standards, and timely production to meet customer requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machines according to production schedules.
  • Inspect products for quality and make adjustments to maintain specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
  • Communicate with the Transformation Manager or Supervisor regarding production status and issues.
  • Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in extrusion or manufacturing (preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and measurements.
  • Experience using basic hand tools.
