Job description

We are hiring Machine Operators and Conversion Operators for a manufacturing partner in Huntington Beach. These are full-time, long-term roles offering stable schedules, paid training, and opportunities for growth. You will operate production equipment in either the Extrusion or Conversion department, including machine setup, quality monitoring, packaging, labeling, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Success in these roles requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and effective teamwork. Key Responsibilities Machine Setup — Set up equipment according to production orders and standard procedures. Quality Monitoring — Inspect materials for defects and adjust machine parameters as needed.

Packaging & Labeling — Package rolls or finished products per work order instructions; prepare samples for quality control or customers. Equipment Operation — Operate extrusion or winding/rewinding equipment safely and efficiently. Safety Compliance — Follow OSHA standards, perform safety checks, and report hazards.

Maintain a clean, organized work area in line with company policies. Build effective working relationships with team members. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
