Position Description: Direct Care Staff & Youth Mentors
• Direct care of students.
• MUST BE 21 years of age or older.
• MUST have a High School Diploma or GED.
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVENING / SWING SHIFT• Available Shift time: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• Support them in therapy treatment, monitor behaviors during school, in groups, during activities, and provide direction and quality care.
• Should be good with dogs as most students have their own retrievers that live with them.
• Document youth progress and communicate with supervisors and therapists.
• Be willing to go on outdoor activities with youth.
• We have full time and part-time shifts available.
