Why is Gen Z struggling to get jobs?

Gen Z faces challenges in securing jobs due to high competition, limited work experience, and employers' preference for candidates with specific skills or certifications. Additionally, economic factors and changing job market demands can make entry-level positions more competitive for this age group.

What are the typical responsibilities for a Weekday Evening shift employee?

A Weekday Evening shift employee is often responsible for ensuring smooth operations during evening hours, which may include customer service, restocking inventory, handling end-of-day procedures, and preparing reports or closing tasks. Depending on the industry, you may also assist with troubleshooting customer issues or supporting other team members as needed. Evening shifts tend to require strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, as fewer supervisors may be present. It's common to collaborate closely with other evening staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
