Swedish Digestive Health | Swedish Medical Group

Seattle, WA (First Hill, Ballard, Issaquah, Edmonds - based on clinic need)

Swedish Digestive Health is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP or PA) to join its well-established and highly collaborative Gastroenterology team in Seattle, Washington. This role supports a high-volume, subspecialty GI practice and works closely with gastroenterologists, nursing, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

The APP will manage a combination of outpatient clinic visits, support inpatient coverage, longitudinal follow-up, care coordination, and procedure-related support, with opportunities to develop expertise in areas such as IBD, advanced endoscopy, hepatology, and functional GI disorders, depending on clinic need and interest.

Practice Highlights:

  • Full-time position
  • Primarily weekday clinic schedule (occasional weekends may be needed)
  • No inpatient call requirements on a rotating basis based on campus
  • Integrated support model with RN triage, scheduling pools, and GI pharmacotherapy support
  • Established referral base within Swedish and Providence networks

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation is between $132,788 and $171,473 per year

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
