Job description

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for individuals looking to work on an as-needed basis. We primarily book events on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, but we also occasionally have weekday events. This job would be a great fit for individuals looking to work at least 1-2 days over the weekend, with the potential to work up to 40 hours a week in our busier months.

Job Description

  • Responsible for setting up and breaking down bars for private events including accurately counting inventory
  • Can follow basic direction and guidance
  • Offers exemplary customer service - always friendly with a positive attitude and a smile!
  • Responsible for serving wine, beer, and liquor when behind the bar
  • Can follow and enforce Montaluce's alcohol management policy requirements
  • Basic bartending experience
  • Attention to detail - must be able to notice and attend to the minute details that make up the guest experience
  • Communication - must be able to properly communicate with coworkers and guests alike
  • Teamwork - must be able to work well with others to achieve a common goal
  • Troubleshooting - must be able to actively solve problems as needed (while alerting management when necessary)
  • Multi-tasking - must be able to simultaneously handle the needs of multiple guests

Pay: $15/hr + occasional tips *You will not be tipped at each event - tipping is at the client's discretion
