With a dialed-in grow operation and a bold new brand refresh, we're ready to dominate the MD/DC market-and have a little fun while we're at it.


Inventory Associate


Our Inventory Associate will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock levels and supporting overall inventory control within the dispensary. This position involves assisting with receiving, storing, picking, and pulling cannabis products and supplies, as well as tracking inventory to ensure it aligns with demand. The Inventory Associate will monitor product quality, check expiration dates, and help maintain smooth inventory flow. Additionally, this role includes performing regular inventory counts, supporting inventory management systems, and working with the team to streamline picking and storage processes.


Your role in caring for our company:


The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:



  • Assist with receiving, labeling, storing, and organizing cannabis products and supplies accurately and efficiently.

  • Track inventory levels and report stock shortages or overstock to the Inventory Manager.

  • Perform daily inventory counts and update stock records to maintain accuracy.

  • Assist with maintaining product quality standards, including checking expiration dates and handling storage requirements.

  • Collaborate with other team members to support overall inventory flow and efficient operations.

  • Assist in preparing inventory reports and maintaining accurate records in inventory management systems.

  • Help resolve minor inventory discrepancies and escalate issues as needed to the Inventory Manager.

  • Comply with dispensary policies, including local and state regulations and security protocols.

  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized storage area to optimize space and accessibility.

  • Participate in routine inventory audits to support overall compliance and accuracy.

  • Stay updated on product types and basic industry knowledge to support informed inventory management.

Qualifications we ask you to have:



  • For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age.

  • You will be asked to pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.

  • We ask that you have at least a high school diploma/GED.

  • We ask that you have a minimum of two (2) years of inventory experience.

  • We ask that you have a minimum of one (1) year of experience with Excel.

  • We prefer that you have a minimum of one (1) year of METRC experience.
