Position Overview


Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control is seeking motivated and dependable Lawn Care Technicians to join our growing team. This position is responsible for providing lawn fertilization, weed control, aeration, and other lawn treatment services while delivering exceptional customer service. No prior lawn care or pest control experience is required; we provide paid training and opportunities for career growth.


Key Responsibilities


Service Delivery

  • Perform lawn fertilization, weed control, aeration, and related lawn care services.
  • Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and application guidelines.
  • Accurately document services performed and complete required reports.
  • Maintain company equipment and vehicles in a clean and professional manner.

Customer Service

  • Provide professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service to customers.
  • Communicate treatment recommendations and service expectations clearly.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through consistent, high-quality service.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Route Management

  • Drive company vehicles to scheduled customer locations.
  • Navigate daily routes efficiently and safely.
  • Manage time effectively to complete all scheduled services.

Schedule
