Overview

Responsible for general landscaping and curb appeal duties in the community.


Responsibilities
  • Daily police grounds and remove litter.
  • Mow lawns, trim shrubbery, mulch beds, edge walks, maintain weed control in shrubbery beds, lawns, curbs, and a/c areas.
  • Sweep streets and curbs.
  • Assist with snow removal.
  • Handle minor routine maintenance repairs such as fences, gates, downspouts, shutters, lightbulb replacement, and splash blocks.
  • Assist with the removal of trash from vacant apartments.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
  • Demonstrated ability or experience in landscaping or lawn care desirable.
  • Able to work overtime and emergency call in.
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
