Job description

We are in search of a motivated Landscape Maintenance Foreman to take over a full time maintenance run. We are a family owned and operated full service landscape company that does landscape designs, landscape construction and maintenance. We primarily work on high end residential homes in the north valley. We have an awesome team of talented individuals and are looking to hire another. Applicant for this position needs to be self motivated, hard worker, able to manage a crew of 3 with at least 2 years experience in this specific line of work. We are looking for someone who has attention to detail, good with client communication and can keep a schedule. Applicants who apply must be drug free. We have a strict 0 tolerance drug/alcohol policy with regular random testing. Below are the job requirements and compensation.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

*Checking in with office, going over work orders and receiving new work orders

*Safely driving truck/trailer rig to jobsites throughout the day

*Actively working with the crews to complete maintenance work on houses (ie. must be familiar with blowing, raking, trimming, weed control, setting controllers, mowing, edging, adjusting controllers) and managing 2 other crew members to work in most efficient manner possible

*Getting jobs done within the allotted amount of time. Going overtime on jobs (unless, extra billable work) will be unacceptable

Bi-lingual (spanish/english) a major plus

*40 hrs. per week (overtime available on some occasions)

COMPENSATION

*$23 to $26/hour DOE

*Paid phone (bi-weekly check of $35)

*Paid gas to get to work (bi-weekly check of $150)

*Paid holidays (6)

*Total of 60 hrs. PST/PTO
