Position Summary:
We are looking for positive, motivated individuals who embody our Core Values of Consistency, Adaptability, Reliability, and Teamwork (CART) to join our transportation team as Delivery Service Representatives (DSRs).
In this role, you will manage multi-stop deliveries and pickups for corporate and residential clients within our service markets. From backyard picnics and intimate weddings to large-scale conventions and corporate galas, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and professional delivery, setup, and breakdown of our high-end event rental products. This includes premium dishware, glassware, tables, furniture, linens, and catering and cooking equipment, helping to create unforgettable experiences at a variety of venues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate 26' box trucks (non-CDL) to complete deliveries and pickups.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring on-time deliveries and pickups while collaborating with our team, on-site event planners, and venue staff to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Coordinate closely with our sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate equipment handling and order fulfillment.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to maintain our high company standards.
  • Follow routes and schedules established by leadership to meet company and client expectations.
  • Adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Work Conditions:
  • Be prepared to work indoors and outdoors in various locations and weather conditions.
  • Prioritize safety when operating potentially hazardous equipment with appropriate safety measures in place.
  • Expect physical demands including bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Compensation/Schedule:
  • Pay: $19 - $23 per hour, based on experience.
  • This is a part-time evening role, with shifts typically beginning at 5:00 PM.
  • Flexibility required for varying start/end times.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record (less than 4 points in the last 3 years). CDL is not required.
  • Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal) is required.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Maintain professionalism when representing our company at various event venues.
  • Strong basic math skills and ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Regularly and repeatedly lift/move up to 50 lbs., frequently up to 100 lbs., and occasionally more than 100 lbs., often with team assistance and equipment such as dollies and pallet jacks.
  • Cross-training opportunities available in other departments to expand your expertise, increase financial potential, and support long-term career growth.
  • Successful completion of company background check, drug screen, and DOT physical.
  • Must complete a 5-minute Behavioral Assessment through the Predictive Index.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
