Join our team at The Captains Club Golf and Event Center as a Banquet Server and help create unforgettable experiences at weddings, private events, golf outings, and special functions! This is a fast-paced, energetic role where no two events are ever the same, and your contribution makes a big impact on every guest's experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, ensuring every wedding or event looks perfect
  • Review and execute all specifications listed on Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to deliver flawless service
  • Circulate throughout events with trays of appetizers and beverages, keeping the energy high and guests happy
  • Serve and refill alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
  • Follow all safe work practices and food handling standards
  • Communicate guest needs and advise supervisors of any service concerns to ensure events run smoothly
