Global Site Personalization Lead

Our Global Site Personalization Lead will play an integral role on the client's Customer and Prospect Experience Team, responsible for overseeing the execution of new, highly relevant and innovative personalized customer experiences on client's website. You will work within a truly cross department, cross functional team of creative, analytical, legal, operational and technical resources.

The ideal person for this role is a creative problem solver, data driven, highly organized, detail-oriented individual that has a passion for creating new and innovative customer experiences. They will also have strong interpersonal skills to manage strong relationships with colleagues to work together to get things done. They are interested in bringing together form and function, art and analytics, design and data to determine what types of personalized experiences impact customer behavior in a measurable way. Our future team member will need to demonstrate a history of using testing and optimization tools as well as understanding good hypothesis generation, test ideation, test design, and best practices. The ability to manage multiple projects in various states of completion to deliver experiences on time and with a cool head are a must. Proven experience leading a site optimization or personalization program in a B2C environment is key. Managing these programs across numerous countries is a plus. Familiarity specifically with Salesforce and Adobe Marketing tools are strongly desired.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Develop strategies and testing plans to improve on-site engagement and conversion through more relevant, personalized site experiences across client's websites globally.
  • Use analytical skills to understand program performance and intervene with counter measures when necessary, review various data sources to uncover insights, make recommendations, and inform test hypotheses.
  • Oversee the site personalization and testing process from beginning to end with assistance of a cross functional resources including: test hypothesis / idea generation, internal communication, execution, analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure personalized experiences throughout a product’s lifecycle is managed and maintained appropriately.
  • Keep up to date with overall site merchandising plans in order to how they should impact always on personalization activities.
  • Develop reporting and monitor/analyze activities’ performance in order to track towards KPIs and update the testing plans to drive towards goals.
  • Work with Analytics Teams to identify new personalization opportunities.
  • Consistently find ways to improve systems and processes to increase efficiency.
  • Partner with technical resources to expand scale, increase automation and reduce manual efforts of the team.
  • Partner with internal teams to align on appropriate cross channel customer journeys that aligned with best practices.
  • Effectively communicate results or recommendations to a variety of internal teams.

Relevant Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in conversion rate optimization or website personalization.
  • Experience with site personalization and testing platforms (e.g. Adobe Target, Salesforce).
  • Experience running testing programs on multiple websites or high-trafficked websites; global experience is a plus.
  • Experience planning and executing A/B, multivariate tests or audience targeted website experiences.
  • Experience analyzing high level data and interpreting results.
  • Fluency in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc).
