Description:

This position will be focused on our DTC brand, WallPops. This highly organized marketer will manage day-to-day marketing coordination across creative, agencies, E-commerce, sales, and customer service. Ensuring our brand shows up consistently and on time across touchpoints. The role will streamline workflows, coordinate campaigns, manage social and email content and support sales initiatives.


PRIMARY DUTIES


Brand & Channel Support

  • Partner with the Brand Manager to execute marketing plans aligned with revenue goals across DTC, E-commerce, and National Accounts
  • Coordinate and manage timelines for product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to keep projects aligned and on schedule
  • Ensure all marketing deliverables reflect consistent brand messaging and strategy
  • Create sales tools and collateral to support National Accounts and drive revenue growth

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Coordinate content with agencies for organic and paid social campaigns
  • Coordinate email content and scheduling in alignment with campaign calendars
  • Write and edit copy as needed for social, email, ads, campaigns, and product content
  • Engage with followers, influencers and brands partners across platforms
  • Partner with Customer Service to manage responses and maintain brand-aligned messaging
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide input on future strategy based on KPIs and insights
  • Support E-commerce growth through optimized product detail pages, A+ content, digital merchandising, and retail media alignment
  • Partner with the E-commerce team to ensure content supports conversion, traffic, and revenue KPIs

Project Management

  • Maintain timelines, status updates, and overall coordination for cross-functional marketing projects
  • Use Monday.com and other tools to ensure seamless workflow and campaign execution


Requirements:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience coordinating and hands-on execution of campaigns
  • Experience working within digital marketing platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, DAM systems, and project management tools such as Monday.com
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Hands-on experience with social media, email marketing, website content, digital campaigns, presentations and marketing collateral
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Creative thinker who can execute efficiently
