Job Summary
The Website Solutions Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of website products and content management system (CMS) solutions to credit union clients. This role focuses on identifying prospects, understanding client needs, presenting tailored digital solutions, and managing the sales process from initial contact through contract execution. The Website Sales Representative serves as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them enhance their digital presence, member engagement, and operational efficiency through Blossom's software solutions.

Duties/ Responsibilities:
โ€ข Identifies and qualifies prospective credit union clients interested in website and CMS solutions.
โ€ข Conducts outbound and inbound sales activities, including discovery calls, product demonstrations, and follow-up communications.
โ€ข Presents website products and CMS capabilities in a clear, value-driven manner aligned with client goals and regulatory requirements.
โ€ข Collaborates with marketing, implementation, and product teams to ensure accurate scoping, pricing, and delivery of solutions.
โ€ข Develops and maintains strong relationships with key decision-makers at credit unions, including executives and marketing teams.
โ€ข Prepares and delivers proposals, pricing, and contracts in accordance with company guidelines.
โ€ข Maintains accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and activity notes in the CRM system.
โ€ข Monitors sales pipeline activity and works to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
โ€ข Stays current on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitive offerings in the fintech and credit union space.
