Job description

The HubSpot & Digital Marketing Manager role is designed for a high-performing, hands-on marketer who excels in a fast-paced environment and brings strong experience with digital marketing tools. This individual is a highly experienced, hands-on HubSpot expert who owns and optimizes MyDirectives' digital marketing ecosystem. This is not a role for someone looking to learn HubSpotโ€”it is a role for someone who has already mastered it.

The successful candidate will serve as the company's primary administrator for HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM, and CMS while leading integrated digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, website management, LinkedIn outreach and social media, digital advertising, marketing automation, analytics and reporting, sales enablement, and lead generation, helping drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with creative marketing execution, leveraging platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Seamless.ai, and AI-powered marketing tools to drive engagement, optimize marketing performance, support enterprise sales, and accelerate business growth.

Working directly with the SVP of Marketing & Business Development, this individual will collaborate closely with sales, business analysts, product and development, clinical, customer success, and executive leadership to execute data-driven marketing strategies, optimize CRM performance, improve operational efficiency, and increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth while expanding MyDirectives' market presence.

This is a hybrid role based in Richardson, TX. In-office presence is required at least two days per week (Wednesdays and Thursdays), and additional days as needed.

Key Responsibilities: HubSpot Administration & Marketing Operations
  • Serve as the company's primary HubSpot administrator and subject matter expert.
  • Administer and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM, and CMS.
  • Build and optimize workflows, automation, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, forms, segmentation, dashboards, reports, and marketing assets.
  • Continuously improve marketing and sales processes through automation and platform optimization.
  • Partner with business analysts to maintain the health, integrity, and organization of the HubSpot CRM, including Companies and Contacts, lifecycle stages, segmentation, imports, data hygiene, reporting, and database optimization.
  • Collaborate on CRM strategy, reporting, database optimization, and integration with sales intelligence platforms such as Seamless.ai to support highly targeted marketing campaigns and enterprise sales outreach.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards across HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and other platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, pipeline activity, lead attribution, conversion performance, and marketing ROI.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve marketing and sales performance.
Digital Marketing
  • Develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital channels, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, execution, and performance optimization.
  • Create segmented email campaigns, nurture programs, newsletters, webinar promotions, and customer communications.
  • Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies to improve campaign targeting, personalization, and lead conversion.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization of emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and digital campaigns to improve deliverability, engagement, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
Social Media & LinkedIn
  • Manage the company's LinkedIn presence and other social media channels.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar.
  • Support executive thought leadership and employee advocacy initiatives.
  • Measure engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance and recommend ongoing improvements.
Website Management
  • Manage and optimize the MyDirectives website using HubSpot CMS, including landing pages, blogs, forms, CTAs, resource libraries, and other digital content.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO, AEO, accessibility, user experience, and lead conversion.
  • Create persuasive sales collateral, marketing case studies, MyDirectives Solutions user stories and testimonials, one-pagers, and presentations.
  • Provide PowerPoint design support for the sales, product and development, customer service, and clinical teams.
  • Develop and support outbound sales campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, and lead generation programs.
  • Support conference and trade show marketing activities, including event logistics, promotional materials, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up.
  • Support the planning, promotion, production, and post-event follow-up for webinars and virtual educational events.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, business analysts, product and development, clinical, customer success, executive leadership, and external vendors to support company initiatives.
Requirements
  • Expert-level, hands-on experience administering HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM, and CMS.
  • Minimum three years of advanced, hands-on HubSpot administration experience in a B2B environment, preferably in healthcare technology and/or SaaS.
  • Experience designing and building complex workflows, automation, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, dashboards, and CRM architecture.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, marketing automation, CRM governance, and reporting.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn Company Pages and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Hands-on experience developing, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Experience using Google Analytics to measure website performance, campaign effectiveness, and user engagement.
  • Experience managing and optimizing websites using HubSpot CMS, including landing pages, blogs, forms, CTAs, SEO, and AEO.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Solid experience with Monday.com is a plus.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and audience awareness.
  • Proven ability to understand and effectively leverage company-authorized artificial intelligence (AI) tools to automate marketing and sales processes and reporting, as well as create baseline content appropriate for targeted audiences. For purposes of clarification, MyDirectives does not expect or permit AI tools to replace independent critical thinking.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product and development, business analysts, customer service, clinical, and executive teams to support revenue and market share growth.
  • Experience working independently in a lean marketing organization where initiative, accountability, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution are essential.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, journalism, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare technology experience.
  • B2B SaaS experience.
  • One or more HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS, CRM, Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, or HubSpot Implementation).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint for managing shared marketing assets and internal collaboration.
  • Experience with Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign) for creating and editing digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, sales collateral, presentations, and event assets. Candidates should be comfortable working beyond template-based design tools.
  • Experience supporting event marketing, including planning, logistics, and on-site execution for conferences or trade shows.
What We Offer

  • Bonus and equity incentive compensation potential, as well as generous paid time off.
  • A passion-driven, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas and contributions make a real impact.
  • A collaborative, supportive team culture that values initiative and innovation.
  • Hybrid role with in-office presence 2โ€“3 days per week (Wednesdays and Thursdays required).
