Job Description:

This role of Royal Canin Korea provides a 360-degree exposure to on-site marketing functions, offering hands-on experience across every touchpoint of the consumer's digital journey.

This is a fixed-term contract position to cover an associate on parental leave through the end of 2027.

[Key Responsibilities]

ON-SITE (Official Website) MANAGEMENT & OPERATION

  • Onsite Content Optimization & Creation : Drive the end-to-end management of digital assets, including product displays, promotional banners and onsite content to maximize user engagement.
  • Recruitment Program Management : Manage existing sampling program, including portfolio management, service optimization, inventory forecasting and logistics support.
  • Onsite Activity Administration: Streamline daily operational workflows and administrative governance for seamless on-site execution.

UTM MANAGEMENT & TRAFFIC MONITORING

  • Serve UTM parameter management as the gatekeeper for traffic tracking and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Monitor on-site traffic performance and provide timely notifications regarding any significant fluctuations or anomalies in key metrics.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee BAPO (Marketing) team budget processing to ensure efficient financial governance progress, and escalates issues when needed.

STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION & AGENCY MANAGEMENT

  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Align with Sales, E-com Marketing, and other units to ensure consistent business and user journey objectives.
  • Agency Partnership: Manage external agencies to ensure premium output and on-time delivery.

[Job Specifications/Qualifications]

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business related discipline
  • +23 years working experience in digital marketing
  • FMCG marketing, agency experience is preferred with knowledge of onsite
  • Fluence English skill : written
