Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Intern to support our marketing and internal communications efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital advertising, campaign coordination, graphic design, employee engagement initiatives, and brand communication. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
โ€ข Assist with the development and execution of geofencing and digital advertising campaigns
โ€ข Support marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, and print platforms
โ€ข Create graphics, flyers, presentations, and marketing materials using design software and templates
โ€ข Assist with drafting and distributing internal communications and employee announcements
โ€ข Coordinate and facilitate employee recognition and rewards communications
โ€ข Help maintain brand consistency across marketing and communication materials
โ€ข Track and organize campaign metrics and engagement data
โ€ข Support event promotion, recruiting marketing efforts, and community outreach initiatives
