Premier Player HQ is a comprehensive baseball and player development facility serving athletes in Middlesex County, NJ and surrounding areas. Under one roof, the organization offers private lessons, competitive travel teams, team training, camps and clinics, strength training, and cage rentals. Premier Player HQ is home to NJ Arm Farm, Long Ball Army, and Central Jersey Strength and Speed Institute, where athletes focus on elite arm strength, power, and speed. The environment is designed for motivated players who want to train harder, get stronger, and gain a competitive edge. Applicants will join a team committed to high-level training experiences and strong community engagement.


Role Description


The Social Media and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing and communication activities for Premier Player HQ. This is an intern, hybrid role located in Monroe, NJ. Responsibilities include creating and posting social media content, capturing photos and videos of training sessions and events, and helping manage the facilityโ€™s online presence across platforms such as Instagram and the company website. The intern will assist in digital marketing campaigns, promote camps, clinics, and special programs, and help develop marketing materials and graphics that reflect the brand. Additional tasks may include monitoring engagement, responding to basic inquiries, coordinating promotions with staff, and contributing ideas to grow awareness in the local baseball and training community.


This is an unpaid position and can count for college credits.


Qualifications


  • Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an understanding of current trends and platform best practices.
