SRE (Application Development – Websites)

Major Cruise Line in Miami, FL

EST Hours

12mo + ongoing

Must Haves

7+ years SRE / DevOps experience

Strong observability stack experience (Dynatrace + Splunk)

Azure DevOps – pipeline/build automation

Need to have worked on websites and understand full life cycle web applications from end to end (app/infra issues) , latency, what if an app is running slow – walk me through how you investigate it etc

Cloud architecture (AWS or Azure)

Kubernetes (high priority)

Infrastructure architecture + performance optimization

Strong coding background in Java or C#/.NET – need to be able to read and write code

Networking fundamentals

Plusses

Security experience

Experience leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP) for SRE use cases (runbooks, SLOs, logs, incidents)

Position Overview

Senior SRE focused on improving reliability, performance, and observability while staying hands-on with engineering.
