Position Summary

This position is responsible for supporting the project team on smaller, less complex projects.   

 Position Details

·        Estimates the impact of project changes and provides information to applicable management

·        Manages change orders, ensuring they are completed accurately and tracked as required

·        Procures equipment and materials and services; and participates in the selection and hiring of subcontractors

·        Stays current on emerging trends

·        Analyzes and resolves basic questions and problems as needed

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education, training, and experience
  • Basic ERP skills, including inquiring, reviewing, and printing job cost reports
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing design
  • Basic verbal and written communications skills
  • Basic computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office, such as Excel

Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Washington, this ranges from $80,000 - $83,000 yearly plus annual incentive, benefits and retirement program as outlined above.
