Position Summary
Moana Nursery is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Website & Digital Operations Manager to manage day-to-day website operations, support digital and e-commerce execution, and coordinate projects across departments. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role provides reliable execution support, helps maintain consistent customer experiences across digital channels, and builds operational continuity through clear processes, documentation, and cross-training.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in website content management systems, coordinating multiple priorities, analyzing performance data, and following through on leadership-approved marketing and community initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities
Website & Digital Operations
• Maintain and update the company website to ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, functionality, and a seamless customer experience.
• Manage routine website content changes, assist with product and promotional updates, and quality-assurance checks within the content management system.
• Coordinate approved website improvements, troubleshooting, and enhancements with internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain process documentation and support cross-training to strengthen coverage and continuity for website and digital operations.
Marketing Operations & E-Commerce
• Support as needed with e-commerce inventory visibility, online merchandising, product content, and promotional execution as assigned.
• Support as needed promotional activation and deactivation within Epicor and related systems in coordination with the E-Commerce Manager and Director of Marketing.
• Assist with email marketing, digital content updates, campaign setup, testing, and launch follow-through.
Project Coordination
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, task lists, and status updates for assigned website, e-commerce, marketing, and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate communications, dependencies, and deliverables across departments and with approved vendors.
• Track deadlines, document decisions, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues to the Director of Strategy and Community Engagement as needed.
• Provide dependable administrative support and internal follow-through for leadership-approved priorities.
Community Program Coordination
• Provide project-management and administrative support for leadership-approved community programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate schedules, communications, logistics, and internal follow-through for programs such as the Moana Mumkins fundraiser, Treemendous Sparks tree giveaway, Artown collaborations, and other approved initiatives.
• Track activities and compile information to help leadership evaluate program impact.
• Support the Director of Strategy and Community Engagement with community-related projects as assigned.
• Partnership selection, relationship management, negotiations, commitments, and final approvals remain the responsibility of the Director of Strategy and Community Engagement and company leadership.
Reporting & Analytics
• Monitor website traffic, online sales performance, campaign results, and customer engagement metrics.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve digital performance, content effectiveness, and customer experience.
• Prepare clear reports and summaries to support marketing and business decisions by the Director of Marketing and company leadership.

Requirements
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of experience in website management, digital operations, e-commerce, marketing operations, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with website content management systems and digital content updates.
• Strong organizational, project-management, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
Preferred
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, online merchandising, and promotional operations.
• Familiarity with Epicor, Compass reporting, Google Analytics, or similar business systems. Training will be available.
• Experience providing logistical, administrative, or project-coordination support for public-facing or community programs.
