Job description

Medscape, a division of WebMD, develops and hosts physician portals and related mobile applications that make it easier for physicians and healthcare professionals to access clinical reference sources, stay abreast of the latest clinical information, learn about new treatment options, earn continuing medical education credits and communicate with peers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide exemplary service post campaign launch in order to meet contractual obligations by monitoring programs
  • Complete campaign performance spreadsheets, analyzing data from our ad server, and 3rd party reports
  • Prepare delivery summaries, working with Inventory and Ad Ops teams to drive campaign success, and escalate issues to Planning management
  • Manage billing for accounts, working with internal Delivery Ops teams to examine any discrepancies
  • Support Sales Planners, Sr. Sales Planners, Supervisors, and Managers as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong desire to learn digital media
  • Robust math skills and ability to perform data analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and fluent in EXCEL)
  • Able to handle numerous high level campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • A true team player and willingness to pitch in
  • Strong communication skills and a logical thinker
COMPENSATION:
  • $53,000 - $59,000 annually
