Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive strategic annual digital marketing strategies with plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. 

This role combines strategic planning with data-driven decision-making to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and website content. The Digital Marketing Strategist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand message while leveraging analytics and market insights to continuously improve campaign performance. 



Key Job Responsibilities:

Grow fledgling in-bound marketing program by creating a more strategically focused approach, expanded calendar of tactics, developing enhanced materials, deploying and measuring performance.

Develop and manage paid advertising (Google Ads and other PPC).

Support current social media programs by partnering with in-house stakeholders. Evaluate new platforms for growth potential and expand accordingly.

Create in-house SEO program and implement changes accordingly to strengthen visibility. Work with Webmaster to accomplish goals, report monthly on progress.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key performance indicators such as website traffic, conversion rates, return on investment (ROI), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and engagement metrics.

Conduct market research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and digital performance benchmarking to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.

Forecast emerging digital marketing trends and recommend innovative approaches to maintain a competitive advantage.

Partner with Product Management team to author or edit and manage the publishing schedule for company blog content to support brand awareness and search engine optimization initiatives.

Oversee digital content across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media platforms, and other online channels to ensure cohesive customer experience and consistent brand messaging.

Collaborate with Webmaster on digital programs that involve web-based programming

Collaborate with creative teams, content creators, web developers, and external marketing partners to execute digital initiatives and support business goals.

Recommend improvements based on campaign performance data and implement continuous optimization strategies to maximize marketing effectiveness.

Ensure digital marketing activities align with company branding standards, messaging, and overall marketing objectives.

Requirements

  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

5-7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.

Demonstrated use of HubSpot, Adobe suite of software, Wordpress, Google Analytics GA4.

Experience monitoring campaign performance, reporting analytics, and making data-driven optimization recommendations.

B2B manufacturing or industrial marketing experience is preferred.

Excellent written communication skills with experience creating blogs and digital content.

Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
